There are other less conventional ways of starting a union. One way is to start a e-mail support group. This is where the
employees will share information on problems and soloutions at work. This is more of an intellecual union than a conventional
union. However this is a great way to buildup to a more conventional union. This is also safer than running around work
and handing out flyers ect.
